Towbars The
PSE-300 Series Towbar is designed as a lighter towbar for handling Regional
Commercial Aircrafts. The towbars are also well balanced and easy to
maneuver around the ramp area. its wheel assemblies are usually set in
position to allow for easy latching to the NLG of the Aircraft. There is an
optional manual assisted wheel assembly to allow for easy latch height
adjustment. The towhead mechanism engages the landing gear towing lugs with a spring
loaded positive lock and comes with a secondary preventative lockout. The
Regional Towheads has also been adaptable to our Narrow Body towbar if you
prefer the hydraulic wheel assembly. The towbar is designed to handle all of the aircraft listed below to the
maximum allowable towing loads. Each applicable shearpin value has been
calculated to protect the NLG from both towing and torque overload. A
cushion swivel toweye allows attachment of the towbar to the tow vehicle
hitch pin on uneven or inclined ramp surfaces. Applicable Aircrafts: PSE-301
